However, if you are unhappy with a product, or have accidentally received an incorrect or defective product, you may return the same to us for a replacement or a refund. Take advantage of our product return policy geared towards your complete and unconditional satisfaction. Please ensure that your reason to return the product complies with one, or more of the following: a) Non-Customized Product Return: Non-customized Coverking Products may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that the product is in new, resalable condition. Such products must be issued an RGA number. To obtain an RGA number, email us. Don’t forget to include your Coverking Store order number, your contact information, and a brief description of the reason for return. b) Wrong or Defective Product: Have you been delivered a wrong product by mistake? Stop worrying and get in touch with us. If the product that is shipped is out of your requirements or does not match with the posted requirements, then we will refund 100% of your amount through the secured payment gateway PayPal, our preferred gateway. If the product does not match your requirements, or is defective, then the product can be returned for replacement with another product. If a different product is ordered by mistake, while configuring your custom product, then we would replace it with the correct product, after deducting any applicable labor cost. |
